PANIC IN REPETITION

Oh my gosh!  Stop already!

When will this song end?

The same verse is running through my head.

Over and over again!

And, who are all these people,

And why are they all here?

It’s cloudy, and it’s rainy,

But just before it was clear.

I can’t run any faster,

And that bear is catching up.

I keep trying to scream, but no!

There’s still coffee in my cup.

Now, I’m in a panic.

I have no money, and I’m on a plane.

All my high school friends are here,

But I can’t recall their names.

Lord, that stupid song again…

I wish that it would stop.

Oh, it’s the alarm going off.

I guess I should get up.
