It was there all the time,
It only needed my release.
Never, in control.
Not in the least.
This man, this passion,
His toil, his strife.
Offset imagination.
Offset his life.
Then, one night so clear,
He dropped to his knees
With his heart opened up and tender.
It was there he let go
Submitted, and at ease…
Take these reigns, Lord
They are yours… I surrender!
