WIND… a poem

selective focus photo of woman standing on sea shore near rock formation during golden hour

Oh, wistful wind

How you tease me so

Gentle as the summer breeze

You cause dancing of the snow

typhoon

Twisted and destructive

Typhoons and cyclones too

Heartbreak you leave in your path

To settle in the gloom

Sad, Child, Boy, Kid, Crying, Tears

You can ease the heat of August

Or crash the waves of the seas

Dry the tears from a baby’s eyes

Blowing as you please

body of water during daytime

A love or hate relationship

Mother Nature’s deadly wrath

Sailors curse or praise you

Are you a psychopath

  1. Oh how the tides turn and the wind shifts! 😊 ❤️ How are you Kevin my dear friend?

I’m not sure if you have stumbled upon any of my recent posts, however the book is now up on Amazon and I’ve posted the first two podcast episodes on the blog. This year is all about new creative adventures and following heart’s call to create. 😊

    1. Hi Jenna! Happy New Year! I will order your book and check out your blog… I am hoping to get some normality and writing back into my daily routine. Painting too, but I’ve run out of places to put my paintings. I need to open my Etsy store again and sell them. ;-)))

      1. Oh that’s exciting, I’d love to see your paintings!! 😍 I understand the challenges of making the time and space for one’s creativity. It’s something I’m trying to make a priority this year, even a few days a week for 30 minutes. 😊

I hope you both enjoy it! My grandma should receive her copy today…I wanted to surprise her for her birthday, which is next week. 😉❤️
