I cast out the blue demons deep into the night
Yet their shadows continue to haunt me
How do I escape these unworldly specters
While even now they fall around me in silhouettes
How I pray for the light to chase the unseen away
How I beg in a guttural growl to be set free
Then, and only then, did I awake from this nightmare
Oh my, that picture is scary and the words fit it perfectly.

Ha… Thank you! Who doesn’t think a creepy doll is nightmarish? ;-0)

Hahahaha… I could not possibly have put some type of clown as my wife is basically terrified of them… ;-)))

😀 I seem to be of two minds on the subject of clowns. They strike me as either really creepy or really sad.

I like it – you kind of know where it’s going the whole time, so the ending isn’t jarring!
