I is for “I no know, Papa!” #AtoZChallenge2019

I was visiting my precious granddaughter during a time she was expanding her vocabulary, and I asked her an innocuous question, to which she responded:

“I no know, Papa!”

This is a phrase that my wife and I still repeat today… I do love my babies!

FLANNIGAN

Flanagan was a lady’s man

At least that’s what he thought

Many a time he found himself

With his hand where it should naught

Sophia saw it straight away

With a plan to stop the gaucherie

Flanagan fell for it hook and line

‘Twas the end of his debauchery

E is for Esoteric… #AtoZChallenge

Some will bite onto the lead-line while others toss a portion of the net over their shoulder. Some of the net is kept in one hand while a greater portion is held in the other, and then, the hands slide along that portion of it to bring the hands closer together. In this, one is then ready to rock the net backwards in an arch and then quickly forward with a twisting spiral motion, thus causing the net to spin open to its maximum diameter before hitting the water and sinking. I speak of this esoterically, of course!
